The Jewish Federation of Greater Nashville’s Leadership 615 Program is a six-month fellowship designed for outstanding individuals to become more knowledgeable and effective community leaders.
The fellows in the program are selected out of a diverse group of candidates. They meet twice a month to hear from speakers from all over the country about issues such as the demographics of the Jewish community in America, leadership in times of change, antisemitism, managing difficult conversations, Board governance, and the challenges of Nashville’s Jewish community. Between sessions, the fellows meet for small group discussions.

The Leadership 615 program has been funded thanks to the generous donation of Dr. Mark Goldfarb.
